CMA Training Center

CMA Training Center (CMA Training) is the training and knowledge transfer arm of the Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong (CMA). Through providing all-round and high-quality training, consulting, information and other related services, CMA Training aims to enhance the business knowledge and managerial skills of CMA members and Hong Kong industry as a whole.

Established in 1934, CMA is a non-profit-making chamber of commerce and industry. With over 3,700 member-companies from various business sectors currently, CMA is one of the oldest and most representative industrial associations in Hong Kong, playing an active role in fostering the development of Hong Kong industries, safeguarding public interests, and promoting community service.

Facility    

Patrons of CMA Training are entitled to free service of Pro-trade (www.pro-trade.com.hk) for a prescribed period. Pro-trade is an interactive, web-based information facility that specializes in China business with an emphasis on Processing Trade. Supported by a professional team comprising legal, accounting, finance, management and operation experts, Pro-trade also serves as an on-line platform whereby users can communicate with and seek advice from lecturers and consultants in just a click.

Besides issuing periodical newsletter "Processing Trade Express," CMA Training also publishes its own business guidebooks such as the best-selling "China Processing Trade All-in-One Handbook." It also collaborates with major publishers to provide "Business Books Recommendation Service," through which selected publications are offered to CMA members at a special rate and also displayed at the Center's "Mini Library" for learners' reference.

CMA Training owns a multi-functional conference venue and a training room with an area of over 2,000 and 800 sq ft respectively. They are located at Central downtown and equipped with hi-tech lighting, digital video-audio system, and refreshment facility, providing a cozy and efficient environment for teaching and learning purposes.
