Terms of Hire
  • Bookings will be accepted by the Association subject to venue availability and hire purpose.
  • The hall shall only be used for the purpose as stated in the application form.
  • The booking is only confirmed upon payment received, which is non-refundable, and on first-pay-first-served basis.
  • Users of the venues should abide by such rules as deemed appropriate at the advice of the responsible officers of the Association during use. The Association accepts no responsibilities for the activities of the hirers using the meeting rooms.
  • Damages made to the hall or equipment during the hired period will be the user¡¦s responsibility. All costs in relation to repair or replacement will be borne totally by the applicant.
