US : Anti-dumping Action against Glyphosate from the Mainland of China: Institution of Investigation and Scheduling of Preliminary Phase Investigation

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) announced in the Federal Register notice of 7 April 2010 the institution of investigation and commencement of preliminary phase anti-dumping investigation to determine whether there was a reasonable indication that an industry in the US was materially injured or threatened with material injury, or the establishment of an industry in the US was materially retarded, by reason of imports of glyphosate from the Mainland of China that were alleged to be sold in the US at less than fair value.
