US : Anti-dumping and Countervailing Actions against Certain Aluminum Extrusions from the Mainland of China: Institution of Investigations and Scheduling of Preliminary Phase Investigations

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) announced in the Federal Register notice of 6 April 2010 the institution of investigations and commencement of preliminary phase anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations to determine whether there was a reasonable indication that an industry in the US was materially injured or threatened with material injury, or the establishment of an industry in the US was materially retarded, by reason of imports of certain aluminum extrusions from the Mainland of China that were alleged to be sold in the US at less than fair value and subsidised by the Government of the People's Republic of China.
