-  Reporting to the CEO of the company and be responsible overseeing all Finance, HR & Administration and IT functions for the group of companies located in HK, PRC and Vietnam.

-   Leading teams in Finance & Accounting, Human resources & Administrative and IT on system set up and implementation so as to uphold the quality service provided to operations for sustaining business growth in HK, PRC and Vietnam or newly developed countries.

-   Providing strategic views and recommendations on matters regarding financial and cost management, investment and cash management, human resources management, and IT development of the group.

-   Performing budgeting, forecast and providing analysis on business and operation performance on a timely basis.

-   Setting up new ventures.

 Requirements:

 -   Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or equivalent, with professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA or CPA.

-   Minimum of 10 years proven accounting working experience and gained with sizable and multinational companies.  With at least 6 years in managerial level.

-  With strong leader charisma possessing leading, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.

-   Good understanding and knowledge of PRC business practices, tax regulations and local accounting requirements.

-   Familiar with accounting standard and tax regulation in PRC and HK

-  Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.  (Cantonese and Putonghua)
