Mr Wang Liwei, Mayor of Huludao People’s Municipal Government, Liaoning Province, led a 5-member delegation to visit the CMA on 10 March. The meeting was chaired by CMA Vice President Dr Allen Shi. Dr Allen Shi also represented the CMA to sign MOU with Mr Wang Liwei
