Delegation to Beijing

CMA Vice President Dr Edward Tsui led a 13-member delegation to Beijing form April 18 to 20. During the visit, the delegation met with Mr Antonia Hugh, Ambassador and Extraordinary & Plenipotentiary of Embassy of Jamaica. Both parties exchanged their views on the business opportunities between Hong Kong and Jamaica under the “Belt and Road” initiative. The delegation also met with Mr Yang Yi, former Deputy Director-General of Commercial Office of Economic Affairs Department, Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Hong Kong S.A.R. and visit “Yu Yuan Tan” Park the “Si lu Jin qiao” Bridge on Olympic Park. Honorary Head of the delegation is Dr Jose Yu, Deputy Heads of the delegation were CMA Executive Committee Member Dr Yip Chi Kwong, General Committee Members Mr Yu Tak Ming, Mr Ricky Ngo, Mr Francis Cheng, Mr Sam Fu. Other delegates included CMA Chairman of Industrial Committee, CMA members and staffs from CMA Secretariat.
