This award scheme is organised by the Employees Retraining Board(ERB) and supported by CMA. It aims to recognise organisations which demonstrate outstanding achievements in manpower training and development with a view to instilling a corporate culture that advocates the importance of manpower training and development. The award scheme comprises three categories, namely “General Enterprise (Non-SME)”, “SME” and “Government Department, Pubic Body and NGO”.
