| Summary : The captioned is organised by Green Council and supported by CMA. This year, Green Council will continue to host "Hong Kong Green Day” in order to further raise and strengthen public environmental awareness and action in Hong Kong. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 and its impacts, the HKGD 2020 Kick-off Ceremony, various other traditional public gatherings and inter-school competitions have had to be cancelled for this year. However, as an exciting and viable alternative, HKGD 2020 is going “digital” – thereby enabling the public to safely and conveniently engage in HKGD activities online including the recognition and celebration of the United Nations’ World Environment Day on June 5th.
