The champion of the 46th HKBPE Miss Exhibition Pageant is Miss Ophelia So from Goodway Electrical Enterprise Ltd. First and Second runner-ups are Miss Tina Li from Pro Logic Int'l. Ltd. and Miss Winifred Cheng from Safewell Equipment Ltd.

CMA Vice President Dr Edward Tsui, Honorary Permanent Presidents and General Committee members received a delegation from the Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of Guangdong Province on 30 December.
 

Representatives of Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progess of Hong Kong visited the 46th HKBPE on 28 December and were received by CMA President Dr David Wong.

CMA Vice Presidents Ms Shirley Chan and Mr Johnny Yeung; Chairlady of CMA Ladies’ Committee Mrs Nora Cheung; and music producer Mr Clayton Cheung were the judges of the 2nd Anti-drugs Singing Competition held on 17 December.

CMA President Dr David Wong chaired the Closing Ceremony of Study Mission from China Overseas Friendship Association on 22 December.

Work Plan of the 39th General Committee

I am greatly honoured to have been elected as the President of the 39th term of this Association. I am truly grateful for the trust that my CMA associates have seen fit to place on me. I wish to express on behalf of the CMA and myself our profound gratitude to all of our past presidents, in particular the Immediate Past President, Dr David Y K Wong, JP. That he has made an immeasurable contribution to the CMA is undoubtedly an understatement, and we will not soon forget it!
