施榮懷會長表示，在他擔任工展會主席期間，最重要的工作除了吸引更多市民和遊客入場外，還要幫助小型企業進行推廣，讓更多人認識他們的商品。為了令每位來到工展會的市民也能行得開心，買得開心，他推出不少新措施，提升市民的購物體驗。
