從事鐘錶業出身的李秀恒會長分享他最初加入廠商會的原因,是希望能夠更快掌握行業的資訊,並與同業保持聯繫、交流行情。當他成為會長後,認為廠商會作為本港的主要商會,應多為業界發聲,故在任期間,積極聆聽業界聲音,並向有當局反映意見;李秀恒會長亦認為廠商會應履行更多企業社會責任,因此在他的推動下,會方投放了更多資源於各類推動社會和諧發展的項目上,更與各大專院校合作,致力培育人才。
