The above platform is organized by Caritas Institute of Higher Education, Centennial College, Chu Hai College of Higher Education, Hang Seng Management College and Tung Wah College, partnered by CMA. JINESS is a two-year project funded by the Quality Enhancement Support (QESS). It is developed to provide a ‘one-stop job portal’ via a platform for both students and employers, offering solutions to help in the search for career opportunities as well as recruiting new talents.The platform aims at search talents based on competence, simplify job posting with autocomplete function, display job requirements effectively, connect with candidates online, review candidate profiles against job criteria.
