The captioned is organized by the Department of Justice(DoJ) and supported by CMA. Mediate First Pledge has launched since 2009 to promote the use of mediation to resolve disputes in Hong Kong. This year, the “Mediate First” Pledge 2019 event includes Forum and Reception. Themed "Mediate First: Unlocking Potentials", the morning session of the forum focuses on the latest developments and trends in mediation while the afternoon session, which is more user-oriented, aims at facilitating a better understanding of the mediation process and promoting the use of mediation in certain local industries.
