Chairman Mr Ivan Sze emphasised that education and career development serve as the foundations for nurturing talent and unlocking potential. This expo provides the younger generation with the most comprehensive and practical platform for educational advancement and career growth, equipping them with market insights and essential skills to enhance their competitiveness.
Featuring three thematic zones – Overseas and Mainland China Education Zone, Local Education Zone, and Careers Square – this expo gathers more than 1,000 colleges, educational institutes and consulting firms from over 20 countries and regions. Notably, the expo welcomes the participation of six consulates in Hong Kong – from France, Germany, Portugal, Belarus, Austria, and South Africa – offering diverse course options for individuals of different educational backgrounds and aspirations.
The Careers Square assembles over 50 government departments, public and private sector employers, presenting over 2,000 job opportunities with on-site interviews. Job seekers can access complimentary services including CV evaluation, professional portrait shooting, and career navigation workshops, to enhance their employability.
The CMA stays abreast of evolving education and employment trends, continuously enhancing the expo’s offerings. Responding to AI’s transformative impact on workplaces, this year’s edition introduces AI-focused features, including complimentary AI-powered mock interviews to help job seekers and university applicants refine their interview performance, alongside expert-led seminars that explore AI’s cross-industry impacts and practical applications for enhancing learning efficiency.
During the two-day expo, college representatives, education counselors and industry leaders will conduct over 40 seminars covering practical topics including strategies of JUPAS selection and modification analysis, university articulation pathways in Hong Kong, the Mainland and other popular destinations, utilisation of cross-border data verification platforms for efficient credential recognition, and contingency planning for overseas studies amid global uncertainties.
The expo is free to attend and will be open from 11am to 6pm.
