CMA Delegation to Qingyuan, Guangdong

CMA President, Dr Eddy Li led a 60-member delegation to Qingyuan, Guangdong from 26-27 April.

The delegation met with Mr Ge Changwei, Secretary of The Qingyuan Municipal Committee of the CPC, Mr Guo Feng, Deputy Party Secretary and Acting Mayor of Qingyuan Municipal Government, Mr Liang Zhiqiang, Chairman of Qingyuan Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Mr Liu Hanqiu, Secretary General of Qingyuan Municipal Government, Mr Chen Huanxiong, Minister of United Front Work Department of CPC Qingyuan Committee. During the trip, the delegation visited Qingyuan City Planning Exhibition Hall, Qingyuan Central Weather Park, Qingyuan Water Control Project, Bucalus Windows, Doors and Curtain Wall System Co. Ltd and Qingyuan South China 863 Park. The delegation also went to Qingyuan “Xiao Shan Xia” for sightseeing.

Advisor of the delegation was Mr Lin Wu, Deputy Director of Liaison Office of the Central People's Government (LOCPG) in the HKSAR. Deputy Leaders were CMA Vice Presidents, Dr Edward Tsui, Mr Kenneth Ng, Dr Tony Tai, Honorary President, Mr Chan Kim Sing, Executive Committee Member Dr Wong Chun and General Committee Member, Mr Dennis Ng. Other delegates included General Committee Member, Honorary General Committee Member, Chairmen of sub-committee, CMA members, company representatives, media representative and Secretariat Staff.
